The people behind the properties

FOUNDER
Hello, I’m Joshua.
Having worked in property since the age of 16, I founded Dwelling & Manor to offer something a little more personal: an independent estate agency built around people, not volume.
I wanted to bring together traditional values of trust, integrity and individual service with best-in-class marketing, interior design expertise and a thoughtful, modern approach.
From our home in Richmond upon Thames, we look after every client, every home and every detail with genuine care.
An independent estate agency with a personal touch
Different expertise.
One shared standard.
Specialists in their fields, united by one belief: property is personal, and exceptional service lives in the details.
